Having recently bought our first home, my husband and I were eager to start our home renovations to match our goals and needs for the property--starting with the bathrooms. Because this is our first home we didn’t have a network of trusted contractors who could help us navigate the world of remodeling. Fortunately I met Victor, the owner of Portland Bathroom Pros, through a mutual friend. He came by our home in PDX and we got the conversation going. Right away I felt like he was listening to my hopes for the property. He set up an atmosphere that made it safe to brainstorm while providing critical feedback about fixtures, design, and intelligent functionality for the bathrooms.The construction process was very straight forward. After signing a contract, he showed up on time, took the necessary steps to mask the property for dust collection, stayed in budget, kept us in the loop about the stages of development on the project, and hired a professional cleaner to clean the new bathroom and the house on the last day of work! While I think it maybe a few years before we tackle our next dream project (the kitchen), Victor and his team will be our first call!

They worked with us to help us pick out the best tiles, fixtures, tub and even grout color! They were even flexible enough to trouble-shoot and efficiently repair a few unforeseen problems with our subfloor boards that we discovered half way through the remodel. They custom fit and installed every single aspect of the new bathroom design, and even gave us a daily break down of the work they had completed that day so were were never in the dark when it came to the remodel plans or timeline. Victor and Evan finished work on our place a few months ago, and were amazing to work with. (Shower room, laundry sink, and some other finish work in our basement). Victor is a great communicator and provided helpful updates every step of the way, prices were reasonable, and both of them were just really nice guys who went above and beyond in everything they did. Trustworthy, friendly, and lovely to be around. The work turned out great, little corrections were taken care of without a fuss, and we were really pleased. Best hire we could have made for the job, and we would have them back any time.
